Change Grow Live in Croydon is seeking a Part Time Administrator for the Criminal Justice Team. The role focuses on coordinating referrals, maintaining essential records and supporting communication between partners to ensure services run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Process referrals from professionals such as probation officers, court staff, police, prisons, etc.
• Complete trackers integrated into CRiiS to track clients treatment.
• Liaise with prison and court teams to request and share updates or information.
• Complete data matching exercises with prisons alongside team leader.
• Participation in completion of internal and external data audits alongside team leader.
• Support in completion of group case records.
• Support recovery coordinators by scheduling appointments and updating case records.
