HC-One Ltd. in Dudley is seeking a part-time Activities Co-ordinator to design and deliver activities for residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You’ll rotate on a 3/3 shift pattern and support the Home Manager with fundraising and events.

The role requires caring communication, strong planning and IT skills, and safeguarding awareness. A positive, kind approach is essential in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Background working with vulnerable individuals or care settings is preferred.
• Safeguarding training and awareness is expected for the role.
• Ability to plan and run engaging activities with residents.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities that delight residents.
• Assist Home Manager with organising fundraising events.
• Engage residents and involve the care home team in activities.
