Job summary

Morgan McKinley (South West) is seeking an experienced Part-Time Accounts Payable Assistant to join a busy finance team in Gloucestershire. The role involves 2-3 days per week of high-volume supplier invoice processing, multi-currency handling, and monthly close support.

You should have AP/Purchase Ledger experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred). AAT is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• AP / Purchase Ledger experience required.

Responsibilities

• Processing high-volume supplier invoices.
• Handling multi-currency invoices and payments.
• Supplier statement reconciliations.
