• Experience in Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger
• Excellent attention to detail and methodical approach
• Good Excel skills and confidence with financial systems
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and match to purchase orders and goods receipts
• Prepare payment runs and post supplier payments
• Reconcile supplier accounts and statements
• Resolve discrepancies and respond to supplier queries
• Collaborate with Buyers to resolve PO/invoice issues
• Support month-end activities and audits
• Drive process improvements and adopt new technologies
• Perform ad-hoc finance tasks as required
