We have a lovely marketing agency based in Surrey looking for a new and enthusiastic Account Executive to join their team.

As an Account Executive, your role is to ensure all client work is delivered on brand, on brief, and on time, while managing studio workflow and resource allocation effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Project-manage client jobs and projects to ensure deadlines are met.
  2. Plan and coordinate studio workflow, managing resource allocation and job scheduling through internal tracking systems.
  3. Support the delivery and execution of all client briefs on time and in full, including reviewing all studio outputs for accuracy.
  4. Provide and prepare regular internal and client timelines, status updates, and data reports.
  5. Engage in weekly client calls to support studio planning and job updates.
  6. Collaborate on work relationships with internal teams and third parties.
  7. Maintain a problem-solving mindset.
  8. Display a positive attitude and a glass-half-full mentality.
  9. Be personable and friendly.
  10. Pay attention to detail and ensure quality control.
  11. Be proficient in Excel and Google Sheets to aid planning and tracking of larger client jobs.
  12. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  13. Good with numbers and data.
  14. Minimum 1 year's experience using Excel.
  15. Demonstrable administrative and client-facing capabilities.
  16. Agency experience preferred.
  17. Understanding of marketing and digital marketing.
