The role involves facilitating frontline housing advice and supporting customers in temporary accommodation to secure settled housing, with hybrid working opportunities across the Civic Office and home.

The position is part-time (18.5 hours/week) with pro rata salary (£32,046 - £34,811) and benefits, including pension, training, and generous leave. Closing date 21 September 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-line housing or homelessness services preferred.
• Ability to provide clear housing advice and support to residents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a comprehensive front-line advice service for statutory homelessness.
• Support customers in temporary accommodation to move to settled housing.
• Contribute to Home Options Team objectives and priorities.
