Job summary

Office Angels is seeking a Part II Architectural Assistant in Sutton to gain exposure across the full project lifecycle within a collaborative, design-led practice.

This role requires a Part II qualification (exceptional Part I candidates with UK experience may be considered) and offers a structured path towards Part III and registration, with opportunities across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and hospitality projects.

Qualifications

• Part II qualification required; exceptional Part I with UK experience may be considered.
• Strong design skills and technical drawing ability.
• Working knowledge of UK planning legislation and building regulations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; SketchUp/MicroStation advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work across all RIBA project stages from initial concept through to completion.
• Produce high-quality design, planning and technical drawing packages.
• Assist with planning applications, building regulations submissions and tender documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and external stakeholders.
• Attend site visits, surveys and project meetings.
• Support delivery of projects within timescales and budgets.
• Contribute to design development and technical detailing across sectors.
