Job summary

Architecture Social is seeking a Part II Architectural Assistant to join a creative, collaborative team working across residential, workplace, regeneration and education projects. You will contribute from concept design through technical delivery, with ArchiCAD emphasis, under guidance from experienced architects and with mentoring and CPD opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience working within a UK architectural practice.
Strong design, presentation and communication skills.
Good organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Proactive and collaborative approach to project work.
Structured training, mentoring and CPD sessions.

Responsibilities

Assist across a variety of RIBA stages.
Develop design proposals, planning packages and technical drawings using ArchiCAD.
Produce presentations, visualisations and supporting design material.
Coordinate with consultants and wider project teams.
Attend project meetings and contribute to design reviews.
Assist with planning submissions and technical documentation.
Support project delivery across residential, workplace, regeneration and education sectors.
