Job summary

Konker is recruiting for an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a well-established, design-led practice on the outskirts of Cheltenham. This is a close-knit team of around 18 people, based in a characterful barn-converted office, offering a genuinely collaborative and supportive environment.

The role will see you working across all RIBA stages (0–7), supporting the delivery of a range of projects from £300K to £3M+.

Qualifications

• Part 2 Architectural Assistant with demonstrable experience in design-led projects.
• Ability to liaise with clients and coordinate consultants effectively.
• Willingness to contribute across all RIBA stages and project phases.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of projects from £300K to £3M+, across all RIBA stages (0–7).
• Involve in client liaison and coordination with consultants throughout the project.
• Assist in running projects from concept through to completion.
