Konker is recruiting an Architect to join a well-established, design-led practice on the outskirts of Cheltenham. The role focuses on technical drawings, independent work and team collaboration within a small, friendly office known for its supportive culture.

The position targets high-end residential projects, including new builds, listed buildings, renovations and bespoke conversions, with a salary of £37,500‑£45,000 and one day of hybrid working plus on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Experience producing technical drawings for architectural projects.
• Good understanding of CAD; Vectorworks knowledge advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute on projects from RIBA Stage 3 onwards.
• Develop and refine high-end residential schemes.
• Collaborate with a close-knit team and communicate effectively.
