Job summary

Konker is recruiting a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their Sussex studio in Worthing. You will support the residential team on early-stage design and feasibility work, developing concepts and presentations.

You’ll produce drawings and models, research ideas, and help take projects from initial concepts through to delivery while working with clients, consultants and site visits. AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite are essential; Revit is beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications

• Strong design skills and a proactive approach.
• Excellent presentation skills with ability to develop concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support residential projects in early design stages.
• Develop design concepts and presentations for feasibility work.
• Produce drawings and 3D models and conduct design research.
• Assist in moving projects from initial ideas through to delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and contractors; attend site visits.
