Salary: £28-35,000
A forward-thinking, RIBA-chartered practice based in Milton Keynes is seeking a motivated Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join its expanding team. The practice is recognised for delivering creative, high-quality design alongside strong technical expertise. Requirements / Qualifications
- RIBA Part 2 qualified, with sufficient UK experience in practice
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
- Confident using SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- 3D modelling and rendering skills (advantageous)
- Strong technical awareness and understanding of UK construction methods
- Excellent organisational, communication, and presentation skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Within commuting distance of Milton Keynes and hold a valid UK driving licence
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and delivery of projects across all RIBA Plan of Work stages
- Produce high-quality drawings, presentations, and technical information
- Support planning applications and liaise with consultants, contractors, and local authorities
- Ensure design and technical output complies with Building Regulations and planning policy
- Contribute to the creative and professional growth of the practice
