Job summary

Flexjet is seeking a proactive Part-145 Maintenance Planner to be based at our Farnborough headquarters. You will plan and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, ensuring compliance with EASA/UK CAA regulations and airworthiness standards.

You will develop input plans, manage work packs, monitor progress, and liaise with customers, CAMO, and suppliers to minimise downtime and optimise aircraft availability. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in aircraft maintenance planning and production planning within Part-145 environments is required.
• Strong knowledge of EASA/UK CAA Part-145 regulations and airworthiness requirements.
• Excellent organisational, scheduling, and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance activities.
• Develop and maintain maintenance input plans ensuring availability of manpower, tooling, and materials.
• Create and manage maintenance work packs for arrival and release of aircraft.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans to minimise downtime, and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate third-party suppliers and subcontracted maintenance services.
• Maintain planning records, schedules, resource forecasts, and supporting documentation.
