Job summary

Flexjet is seeking a proactive Part-145 Maintenance Planner based at our Farnborough headquarters to support the maintenance and airworthiness of our private jet fleet. You will plan scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, develop input plans, manage work packs, monitor progress, and coordinate suppliers while keeping stakeholders updated.

The role requires strong knowledge of Part-145 regulations, experience with planning systems, and excellent organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in aircraft maintenance planning within a Part-145 environment.
• Strong knowledge of EASA and UK CAA Part-145 regulations.
• Experience with MRO/ERP and maintenance planning systems.
• Excellent organisational, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple inputs and maintain aircraft availability.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance activities.
• Develop and maintain detailed maintenance input plans with available manpower, tooling, and materials.
• Create, review, and manage maintenance work packs for arrival and release.
• Monitor maintenance progress, identify delays, and adjust plans to minimize downtime.
• Act as a key contact for customers and stakeholders, providing updates on status and changes.
• Coordinate third-party suppliers and subcontracted services to meet requirements.
• Maintain accurate planning records and supporting documentation in systems.
• Support reporting, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
