Job summary

City of Lincoln Council seeks a motivated Civil Enforcement Officer to patrol car parks, monitor and enforce parking regulations, and issue tickets for contraventions. You will provide courteous information to the public and work outdoors in all weathers.

Full uniform and training will be provided, including an NVQ2 qualification in Civil Enforcement Operations and Conflict Resolution. Applicants should have experience dealing with the public and possess strong written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Patrol designated areas on foot or vehicle and enforce parking regulations.
• Issue parking tickets for contraventions under the Off Street Order.
• Provide information and guidance regarding parking rules.
• Record defects or damage to parking equipment or signage.
• Maintain accurate records and complete daily enforcement reports.
• Keep car parks safe and clean; work with colleagues.
