Job summary

Brent Council is seeking an experienced Parking Service Contract Operations Manager to lead the Parking Operations Team and manage the enforcement contract. The role focuses on contract oversight, performance management and delivering high-quality services for residents and businesses in the borough.

You will lead a high performing team, monitor performance against indicators and drive improvements while working within our Public Realm service to shape future operations across Brent.

Qualifications

• Significant Local Authority Parking Service experience in contract and performance management.
• Experience of leading Parking Service teams and managing complex service contracts.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills; able to run reports and present data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Council's parking enforcement contract and performance.
• Drive service improvement and ensure delivery of high-quality parking services.
• Lead a high performing Parking Operations Team and manage complex contractor relationships.
• Monitor service performance against key indicators and reports.
• Shape strategic direction of operations across the borough.
