Job summary

Brent Council is seeking an experienced Parking Service Contract Operations Manager to lead our Parking Operations Team and manage multiple contracts including the enforcement contractor. The role oversees the parking enforcement contract, drives service improvement, manages performance, and ensures delivery of high-quality parking services for residents, businesses and visitors.

• Significant Local Authority Parking Service experience in contract and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of legislation, statutory guidance and operational practices for traffic management.
• Experience of leading Parking Service teams and managing complex service contracts.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills; ability to run reports and present data.
• Track record of delivering service improvements and positive outcomes for stakeholders and Local Authority.
