Job summary

Haven is seeking a hands-on General Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team at the park. You will handle inspections and maintenance across plumbing, carpentry, electrical and general upkeep to ensure guest comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing repairs, completing routine checks and maintaining records while upholding health and safety standards and delivering friendly guest service.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in general maintenance across trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting).
• Experience in holiday-home maintenance is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular inspections and maintenance tasks on park facilities (plumbing, carpentry, general upkeep).
• Diagnose problems and address minor repairs promptly to keep facilities running smoothly.
• Conduct routine checks to prevent issues and maintain safety compliance.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests, owners or team with a friendly, professional approach.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to provide seamless, high-quality service across the park.
• Keep detailed records and ensure health and safety regulations are met.
