Job summary

Haven is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to join our park operations on a full-time, permanent basis. The role involves hands-on maintenance across plumbing, carpentry and electrical tasks to keep facilities in top condition, ensuring guest comfort and safety.

You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, document work and collaborate with the maintenance team to deliver high-quality service while following health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance essential.
• Qualifications in related trade are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong focus on safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular inspections and maintenance tasks on park facilities, including plumbing, carpentry, and general upkeep.
• Address minor repairs promptly, diagnose problems and provide effective solutions to keep our facilities running smoothly.
• Conduct routine checks on key facilities and equipment to prevent issues and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests, owners or team with a friendly and professional approach.
• Work closely with the wider maintenance team to provide seamless, high-quality service across the park.
• Keep detailed records and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
