Job summary

Haven is seeking a hands-on General Maintenance Technician to keep our park in top condition. You will handle plumbing, carpentry, electrical and painting tasks, performing regular inspections to prevent issues and ensure guest comfort.

We value independence and teamwork, safety-mindedness, and a flexible attitude. A full UK driving license is preferred for potential site travel, and benefits include fully funded qualifications and exclusive team perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance is essential.
• Qualifications in a related trade are a plus.
• Driving licence (UK) preferred to travel between sites if required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular inspections and maintenance on park facilities (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting).
• Address repairs promptly and diagnose issues to minimise downtime.
• Conduct routine checks to keep facilities safe and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests and team with professionalism.
• Work with the maintenance team to deliver high-quality service across the park.

We’re looking for a versatile General Maintenance Technician to help keep our park in top shape, creating a comfortable and worry-free stay for our guests. From minor repairs to regular upkeep,you’llplay a vital role inmaintainingour park’s facilities, ensuring a fantastic experience for our guests!

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out regular inspections and maintenance tasks on park facilities, including plumbing, carpentry, and general upkeep.
• Address minor repairs promptly, diagnose problems and provide effective solutions to keep our facilities running smoothly.
• Conduct routine checks on key facilities and equipment to prevent issues andmaintaina safe environment.
• Respond to any maintenance requests from guests,ownersor team with a friendly and professional approach.
• Work closely with the wider maintenance team to provide seamless, high-quality service across the park.
• Keep detailed records and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Practical experience in General Maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.) is essential; qualifications in any related trade are a plus!
• -Previousexperience working on holiday homes (preferred, but not essential).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to safety protocols and a commitment tomaintaininga safe, compliant workplace.
• Full UK Driving License preferred.
