Job summary

Haven is seeking a versatile General Maintenance Technician to help keep our park in top shape and ensure a comfortable stay for guests. You’ll handle minor repairs across plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and routine upkeep.

You will inspect facilities, respond to maintenance requests, and work with the maintenance team to deliver high-quality service while maintaining safety standards. Prior experience in general maintenance and a valid UK driving license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.) is essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to safety protocols and a compliant workplace.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular inspections and maintenance tasks on park facilities.
• Address minor repairs and diagnose problems to keep facilities running smoothly.
• Conduct routine checks on key facilities to prevent issues and maintain safety.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests, owners or team with a friendly and professional approach.
• Work with the maintenance team to provide high-quality service across the park.
• Keep detailed records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
