• Execute menu items to brasserie standards with speed, accuracy and finesse.
• Maintain a clean, organised workspace before, during and after service.
• Assist with prep, stock rotation, labelling and kitchen organisation.
• Uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented kitchen culture.
