The Roman Catholic Diocese of Westminster is seeking a Parish Administrator to support the Parish Priest and the Baldock parish team. You will handle day-to-day admin, coordinate communications, maintain records and assist with parish events.

We are seeking a welcoming, organised and proactive Parish Administrator to support the Parish Priest in the effective day-to-day administration of Baldock Parish. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong administrative skills, and would like to contribute to the life and mission of the local parish community.
As Parish Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for parishioners, visitors, clergy and volunteers, helping to ensure the smooth running of the parish office. You will provide comprehensive administrative support, coordinate parish communications, maintain records and databases, and assist with the organisation of parish events and activities.
