The Parish Administrator plays a key role in supporting the effective day-to-day operation of the parish by providing high-quality administrative support to clergy, parishioners, volunteers, and ministry teams. The role is responsible for coordinating parish administration, maintaining accurate records, managing communications and bookings, supporting sacramental and liturgical activities.
The successful candidate will be organised, approachable, and able to manage a varied workload while working collaboratively as part of the Parish Office team. They will contribute to the mission and life of the parish by ensuring administrative services are delivered efficiently and professionally, while upholding and promoting the ethos and values of the Catholic Church.
