Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide Poole is seeking a warehouse operative for a permanent, 30-hour week role with overtime opportunities. You will unload and load parcels, sort them for delivery routes, and prepare trailers for drivers while delivering friendly, dependable service.

The role offers a starting salary of £25,201 per year, with progression to £27,561 after six months and an overall earning potential up to £30,000 per year based on a 38-hour week and overtime.

Qualifications

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused.
• Comfortable working independently but also a great team player.

• After 6 months: £27,561 per year, £13.94 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)

• Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
