Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide, part of Royal Mail Group, is hiring in the United Kingdom for a permanent 25-hour per week role. You will unload/load parcels, sort them for delivery, and help prepare trailers for drivers, delivering friendly, dependable service to customers.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your address.
• Good attention to detail.

What you’ll be doing

• Unloading / Loading parcels
• Sorting parcels to correct delivery route / preparing trailer ready for the drivers / onward transport
• Providing a friendly, dependable service — whether it’s a birthday gift or important business mail

What we’re looking for

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points
• Someone with good attention to detail
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
• Someone who’s friendly, dependable, and customer focused
• Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
