Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide in the United Kingdom is seeking a reliable Parcels Driver based in Gillingham. You will sort parcels, plan delivery routes and deliver to homes and businesses with a friendly, dependable attitude.

The role is permanent and full-time (38 hours per week) with overtime opportunities, paid holidays, pension and healthcare benefits. Starting salary is £25,201 per year with potential to progress up to £30,000 through overtime and growth.

- 18:30 & Saturday 07:15

• Starting salary: £25,201 per year £12.71 per hour
• After 6 months: £27,561 per year £13.94 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
• Saturday & Sunday Weekend Premium +£4.39 (Saturdays) & +£6.58 (Sundays) applied to contracted hours
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime
• Additional Allowances:-o Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)o Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly)

What you’ll be doing

• Sorting parcels and planning efficient delivery routes
• Carrying out essential vehicle safety checks
• Collecting and delivering parcels to homes and businesses
• Providing a friendly, dependable service — whether it’s a birthday gift or important business mail

What we’re looking for

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
• Someone who’s friendly, dependable, and customer focused
• Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
• Looking for a stable, long-term role in a growing organisation
