Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide, part of Royal Mail Group, is hiring at Belfast depot for a loader/unloader role. 38 hours per week, permanent contract, with overtime opportunities. Typical shift 23:00–06:36, Monday to Friday.

Starting salary £25,201 per year, rising to £27,561 after six months, with potential to reach £30,000 including overtime and allowances. Benefits include a company pension, 22.5 days holiday, medical cover, uniform and training.

Qualifications

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
• Friendly, dependable, and customer focused.
• Comfortable working independently but also a great team player.

Responsibilities

• Starting salary: £25,201 per year, £12.71 per hour
• After 6 months: £27,561 per year, £13.94 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime
• Additional Allowances:-
  • o Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
  • o Night Duty Allowance (+£2.74 per hour, applicable on hours worked between 20:00 and 06:00)
