Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide in Newport (part of Royal Mail Group) is hiring for a permanent role. You’ll work 38 hours per week, including overtime, with typical shifts Mon–Fri 23:54–07:30. Starting salary £25,201/year, rising after 6 months to £27,561, with potential to reach £30,000 with overtime.

Why this role pays off:
Starting salary: £25,201 per year, £12.71 per hour
After 6 months: £27,561 per year, £13.94 per hour
Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
Paid weekday and weekend overtime
Additional Allowances:-

• o Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
• o Night Duty Allowance (+£2.74 per hour, applicable on hours worked between 20:00 and 06:00)

What you'll be doing

• Unloading / Loading parcels
• Sorting parcels to correct delivery route / preparing trailer ready for the drivers / onward transport
• Providing a friendly, dependable service - whether it's a birthday gift or important business mail
