Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide is seeking reliable Collection & Delivery Drivers to support deliveries across the local area. The role offers 45 hours per week, with additional hours available, paid at 15.06 per hour and paid weekly.

This temporary contract provides independence, a proactive service mindset, and the chance to join a trusted delivery network in partnership with Angard Staffing. You will conduct daily vehicle checks, collect and deliver parcels to homes and businesses, and follow routes

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Confident driving long-wheelbase vans.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily vehicle safety and compliance checks.
• Collect and deliver parcels to residential and business customers.
• Provide a professional, friendly, and dependable service.
• Sort and organise parcels before delivery rounds.
• Follow planned routes using a handheld PDA device.

Typical Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00 17:00
