Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide in Exeter is recruiting for a permanent Driver role. You’ll sort parcels, plan routes, perform vehicle safety checks, and deliver to homes and businesses, providing friendly, dependable service.

You will need a full UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t), the ability to lift up to 30kg, and a focus on customer satisfaction. The role offers overtime and a path to long-term stability.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 38 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime available. Two shift options available for this role: Option 1 - Monday, Wednesday to Friday 07:00am - 17:45pm and Option 2 - Monday to Friday 08:15am - 17:30pm

Location: Parcelforce Worldwide, Exeter, EX2 8RL

• Starting salary: £25,201 per year (£12.71 per hour)
• After 6 months: £27,561 per year (£13.94 per hour)
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime
• Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
• Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly)
