Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide Edinburgh Depot is seeking a delivery/parcel sort role. It involves 38 hours per week with overtime, typical hours 13:00–20:26, sorting parcels, planning routes and delivering to homes and businesses.

The position offers a starting salary of £25,201, rising to £27,561 after 6 months and up to £30,000 with overtime. Benefits include a pension, generous holiday, medical cover, uniform, training, and My Bundle+ benefits.

Qualifications

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat C1 up to 7.5 tonnes) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points and DCQC accreditation.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
• Friendly, dependable and customer-focused.
• Independent but also a great team player.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out essential vehicle safety checks.
• Collecting and delivering parcels to homes and businesses.

• After 6 months: £27,561 per year £13.94 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
