Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide, part of Royal Mail Group, seeks a Saturday-only Parcelforce Collection & Delivery Driver for the Edinburgh depot. The role is 8 hours weekly with overtime potential and Saturday hours 08:30–16:30. You’ll sort, check vehicles, and deliver parcels while delivering friendly service.

Requires a full UK driving licence (Cat B) with up to 6 points, ability to lift 30kg, and a customer-focused, independent-but-team-friendly approach for a stable, long-term position.

Qualifications

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
• Friendly, dependable and customer-focused.
• Capable of working independently as well as in a team.
• Stable, long-term commitment in a growing organisation.

Parcelforce Collection & Delivery Driver (Saturday Only)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 8 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is Saturday 08:30 - 16:30.

Location: Parcelforce Worldwide Edinburgh Depot, Edinburgh EH11 4XX

• Starting salary: £12.71 per hour


• After 6 months: £13.94 per hour


• Saturday Weekend Premium +£4.39 applied to contracted hours


• Bringing starting salary to £17.10 p/h, increasing to £18.33 p/h after 6 months
