Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide Glasgow Depot is seeking a delivery driver to sort parcels and plan routes, delivering to homes and businesses with a reliable, customer‑focussed service. You’ll be part of a team that values safety, punctuality and care in every parcel delivered.

Starting salary is £25,201 per year with progression to £27,561 after six months and a realistic potential to reach £30,000 per year with overtime.

Qualifications

• Must have a full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
• Friendly, dependable and customer focused.
• Looking for a stable, long-term role in a growing organisation.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 38 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is Monday to Friday 10:24 - 19:00.

Location: Parcelforce Worldwide Glasgow Depot, Glasgow G32 8NB

• Starting salary: £25,201 per year £12.71 per hour
• After 6 months: £27,561 per year £13.94 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime
• Additional Allowances:-
• Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
• Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly)
