Staffline is recruiting Parcel Sorter Agents at East Midlands Airport to support fast, secure handling of parcels in a busy logistics hub. You will sort, scan using handheld devices, and load/unload items from conveyors, cages, pallets and vehicles while maintaining safety standards.

Join a team that values accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication. Full training provided, with onsite canteen, PPE, uniform, and opportunities for overtime.

• Ability to work accurately at pace in a physically active role.
• Basic IT skills and confidence using scanning or handheld devices.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.

Responsabilités

• Sorting parcels and freight according to destination, route, or service level
• Scan, label, and process items using handheld and fixed scanning equipment
• Load and unload packages from conveyor belts, cages, pallets, and vehicles
• Ensure parcels are handled safely, securely, and in line with operational procedures
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or misrouted items
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area at all times
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to meet operational targets
• Follow health & safety guidelines and company policies at all times

Staffline is recruiting Parcel Sorter Agents at East Midlands Airport.

Shift patterns are as follows:

• Monday - Friday - 04:00am - 12:30pm
• Monday - Friday - 21:00pm - 05:30am
• Monday - Friday - 17:00pm - 01:30am
• Monday - Friday - 13:00pm - 21:30pm
• Friday/Monday - 21:00pm - 05:30am, Saturday - 19:00pm - 05:30am, Sunday - 18:00pm - 04:30am

Your Time at Work

• Sorting parcels and freight according to destination, route, or service level
• Scan, label, and process items using handheld and fixed scanning equipment
• Load and unload packages from conveyor belts, cages, pallets, and vehicles
• Ensure parcels are handled safely, securely, and in line with operational procedures
