Job summary

Staffline in Ollerton, Newark is recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join a third‑party logistics provider serving fashion, home and beauty brands. The role is full‑time, five days a week, with shift options 7am–3pm or 2pm–10pm.

You will pick, pack, sort goods, load/unload deliveries, manage stock, keep the warehouse tidy and safely handle materials. A good level of English is required; training is provided and overtime is available.

Qualifications

• Good level of English required due to Health And Safety protocols.
• Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
• Full training provided.

Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in Ollerton, Newark.

The rate of pay is:

• Days £12.81 per hour (from 5am - 10pm)
• Overtime £19.20 per hour

This is a full-time role working 5 days per week, and the hours of work are:

• 7am to 3pm
• 2pm to 10pm

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties include:

• Picking, packing, and sorting goods.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Conducting inventory checks and managing stock control.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
• Performing moderate heavy lifting, ensuring safe handling of materials.

Our perfect Warehouse Operative will be a strong communicator who works well as a team but also on your own initiative with a can-do attitude. You will show strong attention to detail, and accuracy and be reliable and punctual.

Due to the location of the site, your own transport is advised for this role.
