Job summary

Royal Mail are seeking Delivery Drivers to distribute parcels and letters across the community, delivering quickly and with high integrity. You will work five days a week, Monday to Saturday, with shift times that may vary.

Applicants must hold a Full UK driving licence, have excellent customer service, stay upbeat and self-motivated, enjoy outdoor work in all weather, stay fit, and possess strong organisational skills. A DBS check is required during the application process.

Royal Mail deliver letters and parcels every day to people throughout the country and are relied on by communities across the UK. We are now looking for Delivery Drivers to be a part of this world-class service.

You will be responsible for delivering parcels and letters quickly and efficiently, by driving and/or walking on a dedicated route, whilst maintaining our high integrity standards and demonstrating friendly customer service! Other duties may also include sorting of mail/parcels within the delivery office.

• The role is working a minimum of 5 days a week between the days of Monday to Saturday. (Shift times may vary)
• Basic pay rate - £13.69ph
• Temporary

As a Parcel/Letter Delivery Driver, you will need the following.

• Full UK driving licence, with no more than six points. (Subject to conditions)
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Upbeat and self-motivated.
