Royal Mail in Shrewsbury is seeking a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) to deliver letters and parcels on a 30-hour week schedule. The role runs across 5 days in 7 with some weekend shifts, and a fixed-term contract of 6 months.

Applicants will be trained, receive a uniform, and operate a Royal Mail van. A full manual UK driving licence (max 6 points) is required, with driving assessments and outdoor work in all weather conditions expected.

Location: Shrewsbury Delivery Office, SY1 1AA

Job type: Fixed Term contract (6 months)

Salary: £13.68 per hour* (paid monthly) + paid overtime available.

Working hours: 30 hours per week – working 5 days in 7 across Monday - Sunday – 13:45/20:15*
