Job summary

IDEX Consulting Ltd. is partnering with a growing wealth management business in South Wales to recruit an experienced Paraplanner.

You can choose to work from the Cardiff hub or be fully remote, joining a team of Financial Advisers, Paraplanners and Administrators. You will produce detailed suitability reports, perform technical research, and support client-focused financial planning solutions while maintaining high standards of compliance and quality.

Qualifications

• Paraplanner with strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning.
• Excellent research, analytical and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed, accurate and compliant suitability reports.
• Conduct technical research across pensions, investments and planning solutions.
• Work with Financial Advisers to develop client recommendations.
• Support complex financial planning cases and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Maintain high compliance, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the broader financial planning team.
