Job summary

Paradigm Employment Services Ltd. in Worthing is seeking a Paraplanner to support financial advisors with research, analysis and technical reports.

You will prepare financial reports, develop tailored client recommendations and ensure regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will have Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or near completion) and relevant Paraplanner experience, with strong report writing, communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or near completion.
• Minimum years demonstrable experience of working as a Paraplanner or Adviser.
• A detailed understanding of pensions, investments, protection and tax planning.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed research, analysis and technical expertise to support financial advisors.
• Prepare financial reports and develop tailored client recommendations.
• Draft proposals and suitability reports for a wide range of products, providers and funds.
• Ensure compliance with FCA, Data Protection and Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
