Unknown firm seeks a Technical Client Support Specialist / Paraplanner to join its collaborative team in a hybrid/home-based role in the Fareham area. Salary ranges from £38,000 to £45,000 plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

The role involves supporting the full financial planning process, technical research, cashflow modelling, and preparing suitability reports. Level 4 Diploma and experience in paraplanning are expected, with progression towards Level 6.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent.
• Experience in paraplanning/technical support within an IFA or wealth management environment.
• Good knowledge of pensions, investments, protection and taxation.
• Strong analytical, research and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
• Genuine interest in continuing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing client circumstances and existing arrangements.

Our client is a growing Independent Financial Adviser firm looking for a Level 4 Qualified Technical Client Support Specialist / Paraplanner to join their friendly and collaborative team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of financial planning and is keen to broaden their knowledge and progress towards Level 6.

The Role

Working closely with advisers, you will support the full financial planning process, including:
