A well-established and growing independent financial planning business with a strong presence across East Anglia. The firm combines the personal, relationship-led approach of a regional IFA with the resources and stability of a wider financial planning group. Its culture is centred around collaboration, authenticity and continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on delivering genuinely bespoke financial planning and creating an environment where people can develop their technical expertise.
This is an experienced Technical Paraplanner position working alongside Independent Financial Advisers to develop high-quality financial plans and recommendations around individual client needs. You’ll play an important technical role within the advice process, carrying out detailed research, producing suitability documentation and using cashflow modelling to support financial planning decisions.
Importantly, this is not a trainee paraplanning or administrator-to-paraplanner step-up role. The business is looking for someone who already has hands‑on paraplanning experience within an IFA environment and can contribute at a technical level from the outset.
