Job summary

Dynamite Recruitment is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join a well-established independent financial planning firm in Poole, Dorset. The role involves preparing suitability reports, researching pensions and investments, and supporting advisers with client interactions.

You will work closely with a Financial Adviser and Director in a friendly, client-focused environment. Prior experience in financial planning or wealth management is preferred, with qualifications or willingness to study

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experiancedParaplanner to join a well-established and respected independent financial planning firm.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner looking to join a supportive team, working closely with experienced Financial Adviser and Director.

Duties include:

• Preparing suitability reports and recommendation letters
• Conducting research and analysis across pensions, investments and protection
• Supporting client reviews and preparing relevant information
• Completing product and provider research
• Preparing illustrations and application paperwork
• Liaising with providers and third parties
• Maintaining accurate and compliant client records
• Supporting Advisers with the preparation and delivery of financial advice

We’re looking for someone with previous experience within a financial planning or wealth management environment, ideally as a Paraplanner or in a similar technical role.

You will have:

• Experience within financial services
• Good technical knowledge across pensions and investments
• Strong analytical and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
