We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to support financial planning services within a well‑established Financial Planning firm based in the South West.

This role is ideal for a technically capable Paraplanner looking to further develop expertise within a highly professional setting, gaining exposure to complex financial planning work.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Attend client meetings and gain first‑hand exposure to UHNW client relationships – if desired

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial planning reports and client recommendations to a high standard
• Conduct research and analysis across pensions, investments, taxation, and estate planning
• Support Financial Planning Directors in delivering advice and annual reviews
• Manage your own workload and maintain exceptional attention to detail
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and best practice in advice delivery

About You

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or within two exams)
• 2–3 years of paraplanning experience within a financial planning or wealth management environment
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and taxation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to continue developing professionally

Package

• Basic salary up to £47,000 (depending on experience)
