Job summary

Dynamite Recruitment is supporting a well-established independent financial planning firm in Poole, Dorset, to recruit an experienced Paraplanner. You will work closely with a Financial Adviser and Director, preparing reports and conducting research across pensions, investments and protection.

You will bring strong analytical and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experianced Paraplanner to join a well-established and respected independent financial planning firm.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner looking to join a supportive team, working closely with experienced Financial Adviser and Director.

Duties include:

• Preparing suitability reports and recommendation letters

• Supporting client reviews and preparing relevant information
• Completing product and provider research
• Preparing illustrations and application paperwork
• Liaising with providers and third parties
• Maintaining accurate and compliant client records
• Supporting Advisers with the preparation and delivery of financial advice

We're looking for someone with previous experience within a financial planning or wealth management environment, ideally as a Paraplanner or in a similar technical role.

You will have:

• Experience within financial services
• Good technical knowledge across pensions and investments
• Strong analytical and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
• A professional and client-focused approach
• Ideally, relevant financial planning qualifications or a willingness to continue studying
