Paraplanner
Liverpool or Southport Hybrid Working
Up to £50,000 + Structured Bonus + Excellent Benefits
You might already be in a Paraplanning role you're perfectly happy with.
But would a salary of up to £50,000, a clear and competitive bonus scheme, hybrid working and a paid day off every other week make you consider what else is out there?
I'm working with a growing Financial Planning business looking to add an experienced Paraplanner to its team in Liverpool or Southport.
It's a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys Paraplanning, takes pride in producing high-quality work and wants to join a business offering an excellent package alongside genuine opportunities for longer-term development.
You’ll work closely with Financial Advisers, supporting the delivery of high-quality advice across pensions, investments, protection and wider financial planning.
Your responsibilities will include:
As you develop within the business, there will also be opportunities to broaden your exposure to more complex planning work and continue building your technical knowledge.
You’ll ideally have at least three years' experience working as a Paraplanner within a UK Financial Planning or IFA business.
You’ll also have:
The salary is up to £50,000, depending on experience, alongside a competitive and clearly structured bonus scheme.
You’ll also receive:
There is also a bigger picture to this opportunity.
The company has ambitious plans for continued growth, which should create further opportunities within the team as the business expands.
For someone joining now, that means the opportunity to develop alongside the company, broaden your technical exposure and potentially take on greater responsibility as the team evolves.
The preference is for someone who can work from Liverpool or Southport on a hybrid basis. Candidates elsewhere in the North West may also be considered for more flexible arrangements, provided they are able to travel for meetings when required.
If you're an experienced Paraplanner looking for a strong salary, a genuinely attractive working pattern and plenty of opportunity for the future, I'd be keen to hear from you.
