Exchange Street Claims & Financial Services in Bury is seeking a capable paraplanner to join an established team. You will handle research, analysis and the preparation of reports around pensions and investments for experienced advisers.
The role is hybrid, three days in the Bury office, with a solid salary up to £45,000 and support for exams, plus pension and 25 days holiday. You’ll replace a retiring teammate in a well‑structured operation.
Sometimes you just want a good salary, experienced advisers, a proper paraplanning team and a business that isn't trying to reinvent your working week every six months.
It's a paraplanning role in Bury paying up to £45,000, supporting three senior IFAs who've all been with the business for over 20 years.
You'll join an established team of four paraplanners, replacing someone who is retiring. It's a slick operation so you'll walk into an efficient, supportive team.
The work is what you'd expect: research, analysis and suitability reports around pensions, investments, IHT/estate planning and helping experienced advisers put good advice together properly.
They use Xplan, FE Analytics, EV, Selectapension and iPipeline, alongside platforms including AJ Bell, Quilter, FundsNetwork, Elevate and Prudential.
They're refreshingly sensible about qualifications.
You don't necessarily need to be Diploma qualified if you've already got good paraplanning experience. They may also consider a strong financial planning administrator who's already doing some technical work and is ready to step up.
So no fireworks. No "once-in-a-lifetime opportunity". No claims that you'll transform the future of financial advice before lunch.
Just a solid paraplanning job, with a stable team, experienced advisers and a decent salary.
Sometimes that's plenty.
Everyone gets a response.
