Qualifications

• Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
• Proven experience working as a Paraplanner within a financial planning environment.
• Strong technical knowledge across core financial planning areas.
• Excellent report-writing, analytical and research skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to producing work of the highest standard.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing high-quality suitability reports and client documentation.
• Conducting detailed research and analysis to support financial recommendations.
• Producing cashflow and financial planning analysis where required.
• Working closely with Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes.
• Supporting the implementation and review of client recommendations.
• Maintaining a high level of technical and regulatory knowledge.
• Contributing to the continued improvement of internal processes and service standards.

The Paraplanner Opportunity

Working closely with Financial Planners and supporting the delivery of high-quality client advice, you will play a key role in the end-to-end financial planning process.

The role would suit an experienced Paraplanner who is technically strong, commercially aware, and keen to continue developing their career within a forward-thinking financial planning environment.
