Our elite US law firm client is hiring a new Paralegal Support Administrator to assist the Paralegal Manager with operational support across the London Paralegal Department.

- Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
Responsibilities
- Assist with the maintenance of all London paralegals attendance records, vacation, and time off
- Regularly update and maintain master paralegal work assignment charts
- Assist the Paralegal Manager with coordinating the performance review and evaluation process
- Responsible for department administrative filing
- Calendar scheduling for new hire orientations and preparing training packs
- Assist with drafting, editing, and maintaining department documents, checklists, and spreadsheets
- Assist the Paralegal Manager with delegating work stream tasks to the paralegal team
- Review and report to the Paralegal Manager of paralegal departments Intapp and overtime entries
- Assist with the paralegal department budgets, including process invoices/statements
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience within a law firm is essential
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Understands professional boundaries and commitment to maintaining them in workplace relationships
- Creative, flexible, adaptable, and able to work cross-functionally
- Ability to work additional hours, as needed, for which overtime will be paid
