Overview

Our elite US law firm client is hiring a new Paralegal Support Administrator to assist the Paralegal Manager with operational support across the London Paralegal Department.

Benefits

  • 09:30-18:00 working hours (Monday-Friday)
  • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the maintenance of all London paralegals attendance records, vacation, and time off
  • Regularly update and maintain master paralegal work assignment charts
  • Assist the Paralegal Manager with coordinating the performance review and evaluation process
  • Responsible for department administrative filing
  • Calendar scheduling for new hire orientations and preparing training packs
  • Assist with drafting, editing, and maintaining department documents, checklists, and spreadsheets
  • Assist the Paralegal Manager with delegating work stream tasks to the paralegal team
  • Review and report to the Paralegal Manager of paralegal departments Intapp and overtime entries
  • Assist with the paralegal department budgets, including process invoices/statements
Qualifications
  • Previous administrative experience within a law firm is essential
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Understands professional boundaries and commitment to maintaining them in workplace relationships
  • Creative, flexible, adaptable, and able to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to work additional hours, as needed, for which overtime will be paid
