The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced legal professional to take ownership of a mixed caseload of employers’ liability, public liability, and road traffic accident claims, both pre-litigated and litigated, under the supervision of the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload of PI claims (EL, PL, and RTA).
• Draft legal documents and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and liaise with clients to take instructions.
• Communicate with third parties including opponents, courts, and insurers.
• Maintain and progress cases efficiently using a Case Management System.

Requirements:

• Essential: Prior experience managing your own caseload of EL, PL, and RTA claims.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Case Management Systems; experience using LEAP is advantageous but not essential (training can be provided).
